Products that are opened or damaged cannot be exchanged or returned once sold or delivered.

In the event of any problem or quality issue with the product, customers can request an exchange within 24 hours of delivery.

All exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Barphani.in.

Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under the returns policy.

Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the original tags intact, and in saleable condition for the exchange to be accepted.

Returns and exchanges will be completed within 7-21 business days of acceptance of the request.

No refunds will be made once goods are sold.

Shipping charges incurred on Free Trials are non-refundable.

All products once purchased are non-refundable. However, items may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery if they are sold in a physically damaged condition or have missing parts or accessories.
