Exchange Policy

  1. Opened or damaged products cannot be reused, and hence, cannot be exchanged.

  2. Barphani.in will exchange the product in case of any problem or quality issue with the product, provided the customer contacts customer care within 24 hours of delivery.

  3. Exchange requests will be subject to checking and vetting by Barphani.in.

  4. Damages due to neglect, improper usage, or wrong application will not be covered under the exchange policy.

  5. Products must be returned in their original packaging, with the original tags intact, and in saleable condition for the exchange to be accepted.

  6. If an item is sold in a physically damaged condition or has missing parts or accessories, it may be eligible for return within 7 days of delivery.

  7. Once a return or exchange request has been accepted, the process will be completed within 7-21 business days.
